$85,000

Great piece of property located just outside Canyon City, featuring a spring that just needs a replacement pump house, and power is ready for a new home. Located next to Canyon Creek, which is famous for the discovery of gold in 1862. This property is situated just minutes from the Malheur National Forest, offering a range of outdoor activities, including snowmobiling and skiing in the winter, as well as hiking and camping in the summer. Generous +/-.85 acres to enjoy with a large garden or small animals. The property already has some fruit trees/bushes. The home was destroyed, and property was affected by the 2015 Canyon Creek Complex fire. The sale is contingent upon acquiring a variance for the lot line adjustment for the +/- 0.85 acres included in this sale, as well as land use and replacement dwelling approval. There will also need to be a new septic installed as the original one was damaged in the fire. Buyers are to do their due diligence.
