$200,000

This land is Lot 1 of the recently recorded Wind River Short Plat. The development includes a new dead end private road and all utilities (storm facility, water and sewer lateral, electrical) that were recently installed to make this lot ready for home construction. There is no HOA for this brand-new community of 9 lots (a rare find!), which fits in seamlessly with the adjacent Columbia Hills neighborhood. The community is backed by a beautiful 3+ acre forest with tall evergreens that provide a picturesque backdrop. This lot also backs up to a community green space which is easily accessible by a short trail adjacent to the property. This is an excellent location in the highly sought after City of Ridgefield right off Hillhurst which is very close to the schools, historic downtown, lots of parks and trails, and the Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge.
