Abbey Oaks Vineyard is one of the premiere grape growing sites in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Originally planted in 2012 and expanded in 2013 and 2015 the 39+ acre parcel features 23.37 acres under vine.  Planted exclusively to Pinot Noir with a balanced collection of clones (Pommard, PN90, 115, 667 and 777) the LIVE certified vineyard is sustainably farmed with no expense spared.  Abbey Oaks Vineyard designate wines are consistently high scoring; the 2014 Abbey Oaks Pinot Noir garnered 95 points from Wine Enthusiast and every wine scored 91+ from Wine Spectator the following five years.  The grapes have also contributed to Domaine Serene's acclaimed flagship wine, the Evenstad Reserve. The entire vineyard is on grafted rootstock, with 5' x 8' row spacing, vertical shoot positioned trellis and deer fencing.  The south facing site has sedimentary, Wilikenzie soils for which the Yamhill Carlton AVA is renowned. Elevations range from 220'-320'. Don't miss this opportunity to purchase a pedigreed vineyard with a year-in-year-out track record of producing world-class, deeply concentrated wines.
