$250,000

Situated in the heart of Historic Oakland Oregon, come armed with your imagination to decide how best to use/develop this property.  Previously used as school classrooms and administrative offices.  The parcel is zoned "public land” and will likely need a zone change to support alternative commercial and/or residential uses.  The City of Oakland owns the undeveloped section of NE Sixth St which at first appearance looks to be part of this parcel's parking lot. The city may entertain a cooperatively beneficial arrangement for a land swap to vacate that portion of sixth Street.  Sale will be subject to an in-process boundary line adjustment to remove the old gymnasium from the parcel and incorporate all of the classroom building into the parcel. Acreage listed is estimated based on forthcoming BLA. Taxes are TBD based on newly created parcel and termination of the current school exemption from property taxation. Property sold in as is condition, with all faults, including the foundation settling at the Northwest corner of the building. Building square footage is estimated. Inside Historic District.
